Looking For Work

You all remember Ron Dayne, right? The Wisconsin runner Jim Fassel just had to have? The one who never did a thing in five years with the Giants between 2000 and 2004?
Well, he’s sniffing around the Eagles for work after spending the last two seasons with the Broncos and Texans. Mike Shanahan didn’t know what to do with him, either. Actually, he did have a couple of good games in Houston, but that’s about it.
Hey, maybe the Eagles can team him up with Brian Westbrook and have a Lightning-and-Spring-Shower backfield.
The floor is yours, gang!
Ciao for now.

Where’s he headed first, Pat’s, Geno’s or Lincoln Financial Field?
Dayne actually finished strong for the Texans last year. Look at his last 2-3 games, think he went over a 100yds and a couple of TD’s in each game. But obviously for us Gmen fans we have nothing but bad memories from Thunder Dayne.
DAYNE WAS WITH THE TEXANS LAST YEAR AND THE BRONCOS IN 2005
JD:
Yep. You’re absolutely right. My bad. I’ll correct in the body of the story. Sorry.
Will Night Train Dayne chug back to the Giants?
Back by popular demand???? Well….
