We will survive and adjust to the loss. Strahan comes to the team out of shape and not prepared. Yet people ask if we need him as a leader. We do not. His behavior is self involved and lacks leadership qualities. Let the guys who busted their butts, sweating all summer get their chance. It's time for Big Blue to develop a squad of new blood that is enthusiastic. Look at a young player like Ryan Grant. Still in there after a great career at Notre Dame. Played practice squad and plays his heart out. Let's give someone who gives it his all a chance to be a Giant. Enough is enough with players who are legends in their own mind.
