Is it too late to trade him for someone the Giants need? You certainly don't want the other players using him as a role model.

After the distatesful departure of Tiki last year, I am tired of players that create havoc for the team. We will survive and adjust to the loss. Strahan comes to the team out of shape and not prepared. Yet people ask if we need him as a leader. We do not. His behavior is self involved and lacks leadership qualities. Let the guys who busted their butts, sweating all summer get their chance. It's time for Big Blue to develop a squad of new blood that is enthusiastic. Look at a young player like Ryan Grant. Still in there after a great career at Notre Dame. Played practice squad and plays his heart out. Let's give someone who gives it his all a chance to be a Giant. Enough is enough with players who are legends in their own mind.

Strahan will help, but only if he is really interested in playing football. If he's just there to get paid and get attention he will be a problem.

I hate Michael Strahan. I haven't posted in a while, but I just wanted to make that point clear.

Most selfish athlete in history. And that's saying something.

Interesting for Ernie that the JN wouldn't spring
for a trip to Foxboro. You'd think it was Tokyo.

Maybe Jared Lorenzen should back up Tuck at DE.

For insurance, talk Jack Gregory (#81 like Robustelli)
out of retirement, and just let Strahan drive those horrid
buses from the satellite parking lots --- but only
for a bus driver's pay.

Who needs this guy, an aging ex-star with an attitude who seems to think he's doing you a major favor by suiting up unprepared? Tom Coughlin must rue the day he left B.C. He'd probably have a national championsip by now, dealing with athletes who want to play, want to work, and want to win.
