Thanks Ernie. I think Spagnuolo's use of Tuck and Kiwanuka may determine how well this defense performs this year. Strahan still seems a bit rusty and Umenyiora is either getting double-teamed or is still a step slow from the injury. Tuck and Kiwi appeared to me to be the most active of the front seven on Sunday. I hope it continues.

Tuck's been the real deal. To be honest, I think Strahan is our 3rd if not fourth best DE behind Osi, Kiwi and Tuck. That says a lot.

Thanks for the info on the d-line guys, Ernie...don't get that from the TV boys who
don't seem to have the insight(s) that you do...maybe there is some hope, if the Giants can follow up with a win over the Eagles. Let's hope that Tuck can stay healthy and the front four with Kiwanuka can become a force.

I keep trying NOT to like Plaxico Burress; he is the antithesis of a hard working, team player, but he continues to produce and his in-game effort has seemingly picked up this season. I was wondering, Ernie, if the coaching staff or the front office pressures Plax to practice? Perhaps they let him do his thing as long as he keeps coming up big in games?

Also, I think Spangnolo did a great job of rotating our best defensive linemen around the front four and giving the Redskins' D multiple different looks. I especially liked when Kiwanuka would be in a three point stance and then drop back into coverage during the snap, and vise versa.
