Inspiring Story

September
24

I’m going to get to you guys with some Tom Coughlin and players in a few. In the meantime, maybe you’d like to read a story about the Giants’ inspirational Saturday night speaker. He’s the double-amputee veteran Plaxico Burress handed his touchdown ball.

Read about it here

Catch you later.

Ciao for now.

I wrote about this today on my blog. http://casscomerford.wordpress.com/2007/09/24/why-i-watched-the-rest-of-the-giants-game/
Thanks for posting the link to this.

Very inspiring story, Ernie. In talking to Coughlin and the players today, could you pin down exactly what the half-time adjustments were that led to such a complete turnabout on defense? Also, was Kiwanuka being used differently yesterday? And, was Tuck playing DT on non-throwing downs?

    Thanks!

Yes, that really is an inspiring story.

I hope it gets more publicity. It deserves it.
