Had the pleasure of meeting Sean last year. Great guy and so easy to talk to.

I remember seeing him out at the bars in Pleasantville when the Giants held camp at Pace in the 80's. I kid you not, Sean got better looking gals than anyone else on that team!

Russ:

Than's an interesting question, the last one. I'm not sure, but with a coverage guy like Reyna Thompson, I wouldn't be surprised. I also wouldn't be surprised if most of those came far from the sideline, since Sean wasn't exactly a directional guy like Feagles.

one more question....does Landeta have the Giants record for most downed punts within the 5 yard line in a game? I know Feagles is great at getting the coffin corner, and he may indeed hold the Giants record in a game.... but I think Landeta did that feat an astounding 5 times vs the Rams in LA in 1990 ?

Ernie - I still remember the fake punt call for a Giants first down in SB 21...Landeta went into motion as qb Jeff Rutledge got the yards over right guard.

I often wondered if Parcells had a play designed for Landeta to get the ball on a fake punt....??? maybe you could ask Sean if the team ever practiced a fake punt where he ended up with the ball.
