Many of us have inquired on numerous occasions about Ernie's status and whereabouts, only to receive complete silence in response. As training camp nears, it is safe to assume that if Ernie is not in Albany covering the team, something must be seriously wrong.

Unfortunately, while the paper fails to acknowledge our concerns about Ernie, it compounds the problem by providing such limited Giants coverage in his absence. This team won the Super Bowl for heaven's sake--it deserves more coverage than you are providing.

why call this the Giants Journal if you guys don't report any significant Giants info/news? not trying to be a complete jerk, but it would be awesome if you guys could hire an intern or someone dedicated to surfing the web for breaking news, signings, etc...something to keep us coming back.

they just signed a pretty interesting Off Lineman, young with starting experience and upside - also baggage. regardless, if you cant "break" the news, please put a little effort into reporting it.

otherwise, why come to this blog at all?

While these prices may seem high, they are chickenfeed compared to what Jerry Jones is going to charge Dallas fans for seats in his new stadium. "Seat options" -- a/k/a PSLs -- range from $2,000 to $150,000 per seat, and there are only a few sections in the joint (upper deck, corner, nosebleed) that don't require such "seat options." Most of the stadium is way higher than the $2,000 minimum.
