Snee getting the works

I’m not sure what exactly went on at practice this afternoon. Either the defense was really good or the offense was really bad. I didn’t see a lot of middle ground.
There were all kinds of misses and drops and lapses during 11-on-11 drills.
Eventually, the situation improved, but the defense still appeared to be a step ahead most of the way.
I was pretty close to the fans during practice, and it’s kind of humorous to hear them rush to judgment when a play breaks down. David Carr apparently has to win over the faithful. I swear, every single time he threw incomplete at least one person said, “That’s why he was released.”
Tough crowd.
A shoulder injury kept guard Chris Snee away from the field this afternoon. He wasn’t able to finish practice on Sunday and is getting the problem checked out from every angle.
“It’s just a shoulder,” Tom Coughlin said. “Sore. We sent him to get it all checked out. I don’t know the whole answer yet, so I’ll have to wait and see, but it didn’t seem like it was going to be anything serious.”
Shane Olivea was also getting a once over from the medical staff. He’s still dealing with a back injury.
The quarterback rotation for Thursday in Detroit is Eli Manning, Anthony Wright, David Carr and Andre Woodson.
