I know I said he is invaluable to the team, but it's crazy to chance knocking him out for the whole season. The Giants need to take the long view on this one. A few years ago the Giants had a rash of injuries to the linebacking corp, especially just before the playoffs. It destroyed their season and almost cost Coughlin his job.
