I’m not usually one to bring up the point spread, but this scenario is kind of intriguing.
Right now, the Giants are favored to win by 4 against Philadelphia. That sounds about right. It’s a number that reflects home field, and the way both teams finished up the regular season. In the other NFC divisional game, Carolina is favored to win by 10 points against the Cardinals.
So did the higher seed get hosed?
It’s just the kind of issue this group loves to get a hold of and use as motivation. Any measure of doubt is a good thing in this locker room.
And while I’m thinking of it, there is another new poll up on the page. I’m also heading into the office on Thursday for a noon video chat.
