What did he say?

January
7

The line of the day came from Chris Snee, who took a lighthearted shot at Eli Manning when he was asked whether the Super Bowl MVP was conducting business differently this season.

“He might say a little more,” a pensive Snee noted. “He might throw a curse word in. Don’t tell his mom and dad. But he’s always been a great leader for us. Heart of the offense.”

Snee knows how to pile on. Don’t tell his mom and dad. Good stuff. Hey, did anybody get a copy of ESPN the Magazine with the Giants offensive line on the front?

Do you see anybody smiling in the picture? Real offensive linemen don’t shave or smile. Isn’t that grounds for a fine?

And before I finally shut off the computer, a couple of reminders. We’ll be online at noon tomorrow for the live video chat. Click here to join us. And if you want to get a look at what’s going on down the N.J. Turnpike, you can visit our sister paper’s Eagles blog. It’s located here.

Anyone see the new oreo commercial with the mannings vs the Williams sisters. LAME.

What are the practices like? Is Coughlin increasing intensity? Is he preparing the team for the fanatical hits of the Eagles? This is no time to worry about practice injuries. They need to be battle tough for this game.

  3. Rick

I trust Coughlin. This team won’t be soft just by taking some easy practices this week. It’s going to be a dog-fight though.

  4. Chris

I got ripped off, I live in Hartford CT and I got the copy with the Titans players on it.

aren’t those types of things supposed to be regional?

  5. sam

  6. Mike Dougherty
