A little help?

Instead of wandering through a mass of humanity next week in Tampa, I am staying home and working on a feature about local Super Bowl traditions.
Needless to say, I need a little help.
If you reside in Westchester, Rockland or Putnam County and take part in the same activity on Super Bowl Sunday year after year, I would love to include you in my Journal News story. And this goes beyond simply going to a party to watch the game. Unless it’s a really big party, with bleachers in the living room. Do you clean out the garage instead of watching pregame every year? Do you fire up the X-box and play the game on Madden in advance? Do you leave the husband at home and go to the movies? Do you get friends and family together and play touch football in the snow?
Please, drop me a line and I’ll get in touch with you. My e-mail is mdougher@lohud.com.
For those of you scattered elsewhere on the globe, we’ll put up a post closer to game day where you can all chime in and share what you do on Super Bowl Sunday.

Dutchess County just misses the cut….
Sorry to say Mike, but in the case of last year I can’t have anyone around me!! I tell everyone in my house to clear out!!! It’s just me and the TV!!!! I’m much to intence to be around with the Giants on the line!!!
This year I’ll be out in Long Beach CA on business so I’ll end up at some restaurant with friends and co-workers!!!
last year was crazy, I was at my buddies apartment and there were like 25 of us all in the living room. when tyree caught that pass I jumped out of my seat and steped on my buddies finger and broke it. it was cool with him though to wait till after the game to get it taken care of.
when plax caught that td it was uphoric. but that only lasted for a few secs because tom Brady still had a little time.
this year it’s not as exciting but will be a good game. I really don’t know who to root for, steelers with big ben or cardnials with former giant kurt warner and fitz and bloden.
