Going on the record

Just in case Kurt Warner engineers another upset, you need to go on the record with your Super Bowl pick. It’s the only way to prove you actually had enough nerve to pick the Cardinals, who are seven-point underdogs against the Steelers.
So before you reach for the snack foods, put your pick in writing.
Tell me who’s going to win and why. Don’t go crazy with the analysis, we’ll probably all be tired of the Xs and Os by kickoff. Give me a final score, too.
Maybe the person who’s closest to the final can do a guest blog and brag.
Before you begin to set up a run out for a big of chips and six pack of beer, get your pick on the record

I really like both these teams and would probably be equally satisfied no matter who of them wins.
But if I have to make a pick I would like to go with the upset.
Cardinals 24 – 20 Steelers
Bonus pick: MVP = Adrian Wilson
I feel like Arizona jumps out to a quick 7-0 lead by getting Larry Fitz the ball.
Once the second quarter starts they will be able to mix in a lot of the run and really use the playaction and trick plays, ie flea flicker, reverse.
Pittsburgh’s offense has kind of sputtered all season doing just enough to win most games.
and this game will be no different.
The defense will be strong but the D backfield is going to get a little exposed.
Arizona wins its first ever Superbowl 34-27.
Bonus MVP: either Fitz or Warner (depends on if the throws stink or Fitz goes up to get them)
Arizona 28
Pittsburgh 24
MVP: Anquan Boldin
Just for the record I have predicted all three Arizona wins this post season.
I said they would beat the falcons and they did.
I told everyone they would beat the Panthers and they did.
And I was certain they were going to beat the Eagles and they did.
I am very confident they are going to beat the Steelers. None of these teams are GREAT they all have major flaws, but Arizona’s offense is just too good.
Steelers win 28-27
and the Arizona bandwagon disassembles itself overnight
I like the cardinals…34 vs 31
Arizona wins 31-24
The “Steel Curtin” does it again! Warner won’t be able to handle the blitz pagage like this he’s ever seen!
Polamalu for MVP!! we long haired guy’s have to stick together!!!
24 to 14!!!
STEELERS!
Steelers 35-31
Cards win it 35-9, dominating the steelers. MVP= Boldin, who demands a trade to the gmen during his post game interview….....
