WR...WR...WR...WR...WR...WR.

I love the D, but Eli absolutely needs someone to throw it to. (And by someone to throw it to, I mean the type of person that Eli can close his eyes, heave the ball, and expect to catch it, a la Plax.)

Defense is set, with sophomore talent stepping up too. On offense, there are two plans: with Plax, and without him. For the latter, JR needs to package picks to land a bona fide threat WR who draws what Plax would have drawn if he were able to take the field. I really like Hixon a lot, but unless he takes his game to the next level this coming season, he's not it. Not saying he'll never be it, but he's not it right now. Manning to Manningham may be the stuff of highlights this coming season, but that's a long shot too. Moss is... well... suffice it to say that drafting WRs is a crap shoot. But JR will get it done. I've got faith.

I think they need to pick up an experienced WR. iTS FINE TO DRAFT britt but we wil have to many young guys. Somebody mentioned Torry Holt...they could maybe make the playoffs without a good vet wr but not make a deep run...

i love the flexability as well but i have to say if james laurenitis is available at pick number 29, the giants will pick him and right they should...if this happens they will then focus their 2nd round pick on either britt or nicks and possibly select a ss with the second 2nd round pick....

I love the flexibilty the Giants have now. They do NOT have too many DTs...You can rotate Canty inside and out and rotate Kiwi from DE to LB depending on the passing situations. This strengthens both the D-Line and the LB core...Picture a defense on passing downs with Osi and Tuck at DE, Robbins and Bernard at DT and Kiwi as a blitzing LB...That should scare the hell out of any QB...Canty plays against the run. keeping line fresh for every play. This will also keep the opposition's offensive coordinators busy as hell.

Giants can be selective in the draft and trade up. The extra picks from the Shocky trade gives them an opportunity to pick up a stud for the offense. I still think that the youg group of receivers has a lot of promise but would like to see the Giants add a Joe Jurevicious(not sure of that spelling?)type receiver.

I love the "you win in the trenches" philosophy. I would like the Giants to draft a stud tackle, stud MLB,a tight end with good upside, a tall WR,a safety
