Boldin lauches Drew

Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin, the target of much pre-draft trade talk surrounding the Giants, just fired his agent, Drew Rosenhaus. Seems the young man got a lot of bad advice from the superagent, including voicing a trade demand and not showing his face in the offseason conditioning program.
The question now is, will this precipitate a trade, or will the Cards be more likely to sign Boldin to the new contract he’s long desired. My guess is that Arizona will now sign Boldin. And that should put an end to any speculation about him coming to New York.
Here’s the whole story, thanks to my friends at the Arizona Republic.

Ernie,
If you think this is over just because he kicked his agent to the curb you’re crazy. There are so many teams out there that could use this talented kid that his agent in my mind was just “too” much for anyone to deal with. Therefore most teams backed away from him. You don’t think that the Jet’s and the Saints could go for this??? Thats just the start, besides that fact that before we took a look at my “boy” Ramese that “I” went out looking for. This kid would’ve been the answer to Eli’s “dead zone”. Get that play on words??? “End zone” LOL!!! We could have had this deal but who wanted to hassle with Rosenhaus???? Not in this economy!!! Have a good day!! I must go, my “Chariot” awaits!!
